摘要 针对目前悬挂式深松机在作业时深度需要人工测定和主要零部件的受力数据难以直观获取的问题,在拖拉机下悬臂处安装角度传感器、三点悬挂的连接销轴传感器、深松机刀片上的传感器及驱动轮编码器等部件,测得深松机耕深分别在450、550mm时,测得耕深的误差分别为2.2%、4.3%;深松机刀片应力测试误差为5.2%、6.49%;拖拉机的滑转率为0.15、0.225。试验较为准确地验证了数据的准确性,也验证了该测试平台较好的应用价值。 Aiming at hanging depth requires human to determine when deep loosening machine in the job and the stress of the main components data is difficult to directly access the problem, in this paper, under the tractor cantilever installation Angle sensor, three-point suspension connecting pin shaft sensor, deep loosening machine blade on the sensor and the driving wheel coder components, such as measured deep loosening machine-cultivated deep in 450 mm and 550 mm respectively, the error of the measured tillage depth were 2.2% and 4.3% respectively;the stress test errors of the deep pine blade are 5.2% and 6.49%.The slip rate of the tractor is 0.15 and 0.225.The accuracy of the data is verified by experiments, and the application value of the test platform is also verified.
