基于不对行倒伏玉米收获的拨禾装置设计及试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对收获不对行倒伏玉米存在的收获效率低的问题,对现有拨禾装置喂入部分进行了改进,改进后的拨禾装置拨禾链采用"八"字形结构,拨禾链指采用工作截面为光滑圆弧面的水稻收获拨禾链指。采用控制变量法对拨禾机构收获不对行、倒伏玉米时的喂入率进行性能测试,结果表明:改进后的拨禾装置对位置偏离中心小于150mm、前后倒伏角及左右倒伏角均在60°范围内的玉米植株具有很好的扶持喂入效果,可在一定程度上解决不对行、倒伏玉米收获率低的问题,为后续设计不对行、倒伏玉米收获机拨禾装置提供了参考。 In view of the problem of low harvesting efficiency of the no-row or lodging maize,this paper improve the feeding part of the existing reel chain device.The improved design of the plucking plant adopts the eight shape structure,and the grain-drawing chain refers to the rice harvested grain-drawing chain with a smooth arc surface.The control variable method was used to test the feeding rate of the no-row harvest and lodging corn. The results showed that the improved corn dredging device had a good feeding effect on corn plants whose position was less than 150 mm away from the center, and whose lodging angle and left and right lodging angle were both within the range of 60°.This device can solve the problem of wrong row and lodging corn harvest to a certain extent, improving the rate of harvesting and feeding, and providing reference for the subsequent design of no-row and lodging corn harvest.
