摘要
为了获得吊杯式移栽机投苗杯向吊杯喂苗的最佳抛投效果,探究抛投过程中穴盘苗运动规律,为喂苗机构与吊杯间的匹配关系及结构设计提供基础数据。在自制吊杯式移栽试验台进行了穴盘苗抛投试验,采用高速摄影机对喂苗机构抛投穴盘苗过程进行了跟踪拍摄,通过Tema控制软件对图像进行捕捉、分析和计算,分析了穴盘苗在抛投过程中位移与时间关系,得到了抛投穴盘苗的运动方程,结果表明:抛投速度对穴盘苗竖直方向运动影响较小,对水平方向运动影响较大。同时,分析了不同抛投速度对接苗准确性影响,提出了吊杯准确接到穴盘苗的条件,给出吊杯接苗角及安装角计算公式。
In order to obtain the best throwing effect of hanging cup transplanting machine feeding seedlings from hanging cup to hanging cup, the movement law of acupoint dish seedling was studied in the process of throwing, and the basic data were provided for the matching relationship between seedling feeding mechanism and hanging cup and the structure design.In hanging cup homemade the hole tray seedlings transplanting test bed and toss experiment, using high speed camera to feed seedling mechanism and toss hole tray seedling process tracking, by tema control software of image capture, analysis and calculation, analyzes the hole tray seedlings in the process of stroke displacement and time relationship, to get the equation of motion and toss hole tray seedlings, points out that the stroke speed influences on seedlings in the vertical direction of the hole is small, large effect on the horizontal motion.This paper analyzes the influence of different throwing speeds on the accuracy of connecting seedlings, puts forward the conditions for accurately connecting the hanging cup to the hole dish seedlings, and gives the formulas for calculating the Angle of connecting seedlings and installation angle of hanging cup.
