牧草种子丸粒化包衣运动规律与参数优选研究 被引量:5

摘要 种子丸粒化包衣质量对种子发芽、生长性能影响较大。为此,针对影响牧草种子丸化包衣质量的丸粒化包衣机工作参数进行了试验研究。运用离散元仿真软件EDEM分析了包衣锅的振动频率、转速及倾角对牧草种群运动轨迹及混合度的影响规律;采用具有振动作用的丸粒化包衣机,设计了3因素5水平的正交试验,对牧草种子丸粒化包衣的工作参数进行优选。研究结果表明:影响牧草种子丸化包衣质量的主次因素为包衣锅倾角>包衣锅转速>振动频率;当包衣锅转速、包衣锅倾角、振动频率分别为52r/min、44°和20Hz时,丸粒包衣质量最优。 In order to improve the quality of pelleted coating of forage grass seeds, the pelleted coating of forage grass seed was studied under different working parameters. In order to improve the quality of small forage grass seed pellet,pellet coating was carried out under different working parameters.Author use EDEM software to build the simulation model.Besides,the influence of working parameters such as vibration frequency,rotation speed and inclination angle on the movement track of forage grass was analyzed.A pelleted coating machine with vibration effect is used.In addition, an orthogonal test of 3 factors and 5 levels was designed to optimize the working parameters of pellet coating for forage seeds.The results show that the main factor are the inclination,the rotation speed and the vibration frequency affecting the pellet rate.The optimum parameters for pelletizing coating are 52 r/min, inclination 44° and vibration frequency 20 Hz.
