摘要
针对农用发动机作业时振动过程复杂、稳定性较差的问题,基于ANSYS对太阳能斯特林农用发动机的作业模态进行分析。发动机的主要组成为聚光器、吸热器、发动机、跟踪系统、蓄电池和各类附属设备。利用ANSYS软件对发动机模型进行简化,对简化后的模型进行作业模态分析,包括发动机工质和斜盘机构的振动分析,以降低发动机的振动,提高作业稳定性。为验证发动机的性能,对其进行仿真试验,结果表明:发动机的稳态和动态性能良好,可以满足农用发动机的要求。
Aiming at the problem of complex vibratory process and lacked stability of agricultural engine, the operation mode of solar stirling agricultural engine based on ANSYS was analyzed. The engine was constituted of condenser, heat absorber, engine, tracking system, accumulator and some ancillary equipment. To reduce engine vibration and improve operational stability, the engine model was simplified by ANSYS software, and the job model was analyzed to the simplified model. It concluded the vibration analysis of engine working medium and swash plate institutions. To verify the performance of the engine, the simulation experiment was done. The test results show that the steady and dynamic performance of the engine was well, and it could meet the requirement of agricultural engine.
