江西省欠发达地区小学生健康素养现状及影响因素分析

Health literacy and its influence factors of primary school students in less developed areas of Jiangxi Province

目的了解江西省欠发达地区小学生健康素养现状及其影响因素,为提升欠发达地区小学生的健康素养水平提供理论支持。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,在2019年3-6月对三至六年级小学生进行健康素养问卷调查,采用χ^(2)检验进行单因素分析,多因素分析采用Logistic回归。结果(1)该此次调查共获得1362份调查问卷,欠发达地区小学生的总体健康素养水平(具备率)为21.7%,健康知识、理念、行为以及健康技能的具备率分别为6.5%、68.5%、33.9%、17.9%。(2)Logistic回归分析发现,健康素养的主要影响因素为学校所在地和性别(P<0.05)。结论有关部门应增加投入、强化宣传教育,以改善经济欠发达地区小学生健康素养水平。

Objective To explore the status quo of health literacy and its influencing factors of primary school students in less developed areas of Jiangxi Province,and to provide theoretical support for improving the level of primary school students?health literacy in impoverished areas.Methods Stratified cluster random sampling was used to conduct a health literacy questionnaire survey among primary school students from Grade 3 to grade 6 from March to June 2019.χ^(2) test was used for univariate analysis,and Logistic regression was used for multivariate analysis.Results A total of 1362 questionnaires were collected in this survey.The overall health literacy level(possession rate)of primary school students in impoverished areas was 21.7%,and the possession rates of health knowledge,concept,behavior and health skills were 6.5%,68.5%,33.9%and 17.9%,respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that the influence factors of health literacy were mainly school location and gender(P<0.05).Conclusions Relevant departments should increase investment,and strengthen publicity and education in order to improve the health literacy of primary school students in less developed areas.
