摘要
针对传统直接转矩控制转矩、磁链脉动大及定转子电流谐波失真含量大的问题,提出一种模糊逻辑直接转矩控制方法实现提升机双馈变频调速。将传统直接转矩调速控制系统中的滞环调节器和逆变器开关向量表由模糊逻辑控制器代替,在Matlab/Simulink平台中搭建整个模糊逻辑双馈变频调速系统的仿真模型。结果表明:模糊逻辑控制下电机转矩和磁链的脉动显著减小,电机在低速稳定运行阶段的定子和转子电流谐波失真含量明显降低,改善百分比均在50%以上,且调速系统具有良好的稳定性和鲁棒性。
This paper aims to address a large torque and flux ripple and larger harmonic distortion of stator and rotor current as is seen in the application of traditional direct torque control in mine hoist doubly fed variable frequency speed control system and proposes a fuzzy logic direct torque control method able to realize the hoist doubly fed variable frequency speed control.The work involves replacing the hysteresis regulator and inverter switching vector table in the traditional direct torque speed control system with fuzzy logic controller,and building the simulation model of the whole fuzzy logic doubly fed variable frequency speed control system in Matlab/Simulink platform.The results show that fuzzy logic control enables the significantly reduced torque and flux ripple of the motor and the significantly reduced harmonic distortion content of the stator and rotor current of the motor at low speed and stable operation stage,with an above 50%improvement and better stability and robustness displayed in the speed control system.
