摘要
为验证共晶高熵合金设计策略,制备CrFeNiMo_(0.2)Nb_(x)一系共晶高熵合金,并分析铌元素对CrFeNiMo_(0.2)Nb_(x)高熵合金微观结构的影响规律。结果表明,随着铌的加入,合金的相组成和微观形貌发生明显的变化,相组成由铌摩尔比为0时的FCC相和少量的金属间化合物FeMo型σ相,转变为FCC相和C14型laves相,微观形貌由树枝晶转变为树枝晶和树枝晶晶界间的层片状共晶组织。
This paper aims to verify the design strategy of eutectic high entropy alloy and introduces a design of a series of eutectic high entropy alloys CrFeNiMo_(0.2)Nb_(x).The study investigates the law underlying the effect of niobium on the microstructure CrFeNiMo_(0.2)Nb_(x) high entropy alloys.The results show that along with the addition of niobium comes an obvious change in the phase composition and microstructure of the alloy,as is seen from the phase composition changing from FCC phase with 0 niobium mole ratio and a small amount of intermetallic FeMoσphase to FCC phase,C14 phase and a small amount of intermetallic FeMo phase and the microstructure changing from dendrite to lamellar eutectic structure between dendrite and dendrite boundaries.
