摘要
中华全国总工会在2017年2月印发的《全国工会网上工作纲要(2017-2020年)》中明确指出,要建设新时代"互联网+"工会。为推进水利工会的信息化建设与发展,笔者通过梳理黄河工会业务制订需求分析方案,采用SpringBoot和Shiro开源服务框架并集成BeetlSQL和fsLayui等新技术,快速高效地构建一个多业务一体化的信息管理系统。实践表明,该系统在水利工会信息化建设方面具有一定的指导意义和推广价值。
The All-China Federation of Trade Unions clearly stated in the"Online Work Outline for National Trade Unions(2017-2020)"issued in February 2017 that it is necessary to build a new era of"Internet+"labor unions.In order to promote the informatization construction and development of water conservancy trade unions,the author formulates a demand analysis plan by combing the business of the Yellow River trade union,adopting SpringBoot and Shiro open source service framework and integrating new technologies such as BeetlSQL and fsLayui to quickly and efficiently build a multi-business integrated information management system.Practice has shown that the system has certain guiding significance and promotion value in the construction of water conservancy trade union informatization.
