人工智能技术在集成电路中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Integrated Circuits

集成电路行业是一个密集型产业,并且更迭速度较快。在"十三五"期间,我国的集成电路产业取得了巨大进步,年均增长率达到20%以上。基于此,笔者首先介绍了我国集成电路产业的发展历程,进而阐述了人工智能技术与集成电路产业之间的关系,最后分析了人工智能技术在集成电路中的几个典型应用场景。

The integrated circuit industry is an intensive industry,and the rate of change is relatively fast.During the"13 th Five-Year Plan"period,my country’s integrated circuit industry has made great progress,with an average annual growth rate of more than 20%.Based on this,the author first introduces the development history of my country’s integrated circuit industry,then expounds the relationship between artificial intelligence technology and the integrated circuit industry,and finally analyzes several typical application scenarios of artificial intelligence technology in integrated circuits.
