红花尔基水利枢纽对下游河道水文情势影响研究 被引量:4

Influence of Honghuaerji water control project on hydrological situation of downstream river

摘要 为探究红花尔基水利枢纽对下游伊敏河水文情势的影响,研究枢纽建设前后主要水文因子变化情况,并采用IHA及RVA法评估水文总体变化程度。结果表明:1)伊敏河降水径流响应关系显著,枢纽建设导致响应关系变化,累计降水量与累计径流量的线性拟合决定系数R2值由建设前大于0.99降低至0.96377。2)枢纽使径流过程趋于均一化:年内变差系数Cv、完全调节系数Cr及集中度Cd由建设前1.15、0.44、0.59分别降低至1.11、0.40、0.45。3)枢纽对水文情势的改变突出表现为蓄洪补枯,枢纽建设后,冬季枯水期径流量占全年比例由3.28%增加至10.80%;春汛期滞后约半个月,径流量占全年比例由15.90%降低为14.96%;夏讯期洪峰削减较明显,径流量占全年比例由25.33%降低为22.23%。4)枢纽对下游径流影响程度总体达到58.43%,有利于下游社会经济发展和人民财产安全,但对于水生生物、湿地生态系统的健康形成潜在影响。本研究成果可为伊敏河生态环境保护以及水利枢纽生态调度提供技术支持。 In order to explore the influence of Honghuaerji water control project on the hydrological situation of the downstream Yimin river,the change of main hydrological factors before and after the construction of the hydro-junction were studied,and the IHA and RVA methods were used to evaluate the overall hydrological change.Results showed that:1)The response relationship between precipitation and runoff of Yimin river is significant,and the construction of the water control project led to the change of the response relationship.The linear fitting determination coefficient R2 between the cumulative precipitation and the cumulative runoff decreases from greater than 0.99 to 0.96377.2)The runoff process tended to be uniform distribution,annual variation coefficient Cv,full adjustment coefficient Cr and concentration degree Cd decrease from 1.15,0.44 and 0.59 before construction to 1.11,0.40 and 0.45,respectively.3)The change of hydrological situation caused by the water control project was mainly manifested as flood storage and drought compensation.After the construction,the proportion of runoff in the dry season in winter increased from 3.28%to 10.80%.The spring flood season lagged about half a month,and the proportion of runoff in the whole year decreased from 15.90%to 14.96%.The reduction of flood peak was obvious in summer flood season,and the proportion of runoff in the whole year decreased from 25.33%to 22.23%.4)The impact of the water control project on the downstream runoff reached 58.43%,which was beneficial to the downstream socio-economic development and people’s property safety,but had a potential impact on the health of aquatic organisms and wetland ecosystems.This research can provide technical support for ecological environment protection of Yimin River and ecological dispatching of Honghuaerji water control project.
