王国玮从湿热论治肝炎临床经验撷要

Wang Guowei’s Clinical Experience in Treating Hepatitis from Perspective of Heat-Damp Theory

笔者在跟诊著名中医肝病专家王国玮主任医师三年基础上,梳理了王国玮对肝的生理功能和病机特点的理解认识,以及湿热邪气在现代急、慢性肝炎发生、发展、传变中所起的作用,通过总结王国玮门诊医案处方用药特点,归纳其对急、慢性肝炎的中医治疗原则,即以清热利湿为主,并根据不同病理阶段辨证论治辅以理气、活血、扶正等治法,发展了中医治疗肝病理论。

On the basis of three years’follow-up with Wang Guowei,a famous TCM expert on Liver diseases,the author reviewed the expert’s understanding of the physiological function and pathogenesis of Liver,and the function of Heat-Damp Evil Qi in the occurrence,development and transformation of acute and chronic hepatitis.By summarizing the characteristics of Wang’s prescriptions for outpatient,the author summed up the principles of TCM treatment for acute and chronic hepatitis,such as clearing Heat and removing Dampness as the primary method,and supplemented by syndrome differentiation and treatment within different pathological stages.
