摘要 骨关节炎(Osteoarthritis,OA)是中老年人最常见的肌肉骨骼疾病之一,其导致的关节畸形严重影响患者生活质量。目前OA的发病机制仍不明确,多数学者认为与炎症环境中的化学信号分子有关。经典信号通路磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B/哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(PI3K/Akt/mTOR)参与多种疾病的增殖、凋亡及血管生成等,研究表明其在OA发生发展中发挥了关键作用。本文对PI3K/Akt/mTOR信号通路在骨关节炎中的作用机制研究展开讨论,并为骨关节炎的治疗提供依据。 Osteoarthritis(OA)is one of the most common musculoskeletal diseases in the middle-aged and elderly peo⁃ple.It causes joint deformities and high disability,which seriously affect the quality of patient’s life.At present,the pathogenesis of OA is still unclear,and most scholars believe that it is related to aberrant expression of chemical signal molecules in the inflammatory environment.PI3K/Akt/mTOR,a classical pathway,is involved in the proliferation,apop⁃tosis and angiogenesis of many diseases.Studies have shown that it plays a key role in the occurrence and development of OA.This paper intends to discuss the mechanism of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway in the development of osteoar⁃thritis and provide references for the treatment of osteoarthritis.
