安徽省乡村医生继续教育现状研究

Research on the current situation of continuing education of rural doctors in Anhui province

目的:分析安徽省乡村医生继续教育现状,为制定相关政策提供理论依据。方法:采用分层随机整群抽样方法,用自制问卷对安徽省6个县区889名乡村医生展开调查。结果:男性乡村医生占75.3%,年龄21~40岁占18.2%,工作年限在10年以下占3.3%,执业医师和执业助理医师分别占12.4%和26.2%,近5年去医疗卫生机构进修的占19.5%,近1年参加2次及以上的乡村医生培训占63.4%,14.6%培训时长在2周以上。结论:安徽省乡村医生老龄化较严重、结构不合理,执业化程度不高,继续教育状况不容乐观,应促进村医队伍新陈代谢、优化人员结构,以需求为导向,针对性地开展乡村医生继续教育工作。

Objective:To analyze the current situation of continuing education of rural doctors in Anhui Province,and to provide theoretical basis for making relevant policies.Methods:Total of 889 rural doctors in 6 counties of Anhui Prov⁃ince were investigated with self-made questionnaire by stratified random cluster sampling.Results:Among them,75.3%were male rural doctors,18.2%were aged from 21 to 40,3.3%had worked for less than 10 years,12.4%were practicing doctors and 26.2%were assistant practicing doctors,and 19.5%of them had further education in medical and health institutions in the past five years,63.4%of them had participated in rural doctor training twice or more,and 14.6%of them had participated in rural doctor training for more than two weeks in the past year.Conclusion:There ex⁃ist some problems in the current situation of rural doctors in Anhui province,such as aging,unreasonable structure,low level of practice,and unpromising continuing education.Measures should be taken to promote the renewal of village doc⁃tors,optimize the personnel structure,and to carry out the continuing education of rural doctors according to the needs.
