针对性护理干预在心肺复苏患者急救护理中的实施意义

Significance of targeted nursing intervention in emergency nursing ofpatients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation

目的:探讨针对性护理在心肺复苏患者急救护理中的实施意义。方法:对我院2017年5月至2019年5月急救治疗的70例心肺复苏患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按照是否实施针对性护理进行统计分类,将其分为对照组和研究组两组,各35例。对照组实施常规急救护理,研究组实施针对性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组与对照组复苏60 min的成功率分别为85.71%、54.28%;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组心率及术后动脉压均高于对照组,且其复苏成功时间、呼吸机支持时间及ICU住院时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05)。与护理前相比,两组护理后的格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS评分)均明显提高(P均<0.05),且与对照组相比,护理后研究组GCS评分升高幅度更明显(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组并发症发生率明显降低,护理满意度明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预应用于心肺复苏患者急救护理中,可减少并发症发生、提高复苏效果、及时挽救患者生命。

Objective:To explore the significance of targeted nursing in emergency nursing of patients with cardiopulmo⁃nary resuscitation.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation treated by emergency treatment from May 2017 to May 2019 in our hospital were selected and retrospectively analyzed.They were statistically classified according to whether targeted care was implemented and divided into two groups.35 cases in the control group were given routine emergency care,while 35 cases in the study group were given targeted care to compare the nursing ef⁃fects of the two groups.Results:The success rate of 60-minute resuscitation in the study group and the control group were 85.71%and 54.28%,respectively;the data between the groups were different(P<0.05).The heart rate and postoperative arterial pressure in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the recov⁃ery time,ventilator support time,and ICU hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with conditions before care,the Glasgow coma score(GCS)of both groups after care was signifi⁃cantly improved(P<0.05),and compared with the control group,the GCS score of the study group after care increased more significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly reduced,and the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing interventions applied to emergency care of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation can reduce complications,improve resuscitation effect,and save patients'lives in time.
