泰国孔子学院本土汉语教师培训研究

On the Training of Local Chinese-language Teachers at the Confucius Institutes in Thailand

通过对泰国15家孔子学院在国家汉办和汉办驻泰代表处的网站搜集与泰国本土教师培训有关的新闻进行分析整理,以了解泰国孔子学院本土汉语教师培训现状及特点:泰国孔子学院本土教师培训忽视培训需求和培训反馈;目前培训以短期培训为主,培训地点和培训专家呈现本土化趋势;培训规模逐步发展后逐渐回落,培训内容和培训方式具有多样化的特点。未来的本土汉语教师培训应从了解培训需求和培训反馈,选取合适培训内容、方式和时间等方面着手,提高本土汉语教师培训的有效性和针对性。相关新闻报道的分析结果反映了泰国汉语教育快速发展后逐渐回落并将逐渐趋于稳定以及泰国本土汉语教师快速成长的良好态势。

This paper gives a statistical analysis of the news reports on the training of local Chinese-language teachers in 15 Confucius Institutes in Thailand from the official websites of HANBAN and Liaison Office of HANBAN in Thailand.It concludes that such training often ignores the basic needs and feedback;short-time training is the main stream;the training places and experts reveal a localization trend;the trainings has rapidly developed at the beginning and then slowed down gradually;the contexts and modes of trainings are varied.The training in the future should focus more on how to improve its targeting and effectiveness,paying more attention to the basic needs and feedback,choosing the suitable training context,modes and time.It also points out that the local Chinese-language teachers in Thailand are becoming more experienced,professional and mature,and the Chinese-language teaching in Thailand is developing stably after the high-speed development.
