土壤因子对朝鲜淫羊藿有效成分的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为明确影响朝鲜淫羊藿(Epimedium koreanum)有效成分的主导土壤因子,采集吉林省6个地区26个样点的朝鲜淫羊藿植株和根际土壤,分析了淫羊藿苷、朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、总黄酮5种成分质量浓度,测定了土壤无机元素、pH等12个指标。采用相关性分析、灰色关联度分析、通径分析、多元回归分析等方法,探讨了土壤因子对朝鲜淫羊藿活性成分的影响。结果表明:通化地区朝鲜淫羊藿活性成分较高,显著优于其他地区;影响朝藿定A的土壤决定因子是有效钙;影响朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷的土壤决定因子是有效钙、有效镁;影响总黄酮的土壤决定因子是有机质、有效钙、有效镁、碱解氮。土壤因子对朝鲜淫羊藿活性成分有重要影响,在海拔较低、土壤呈弱酸性的朝鲜淫羊藿种植地区,增施钙肥、减施镁肥有利于提高朝鲜淫羊藿活性成分的质量浓度。 The experiment was conducted to determine the dominant soil factors on the active ingredients of Epimedium koreanum Nakai with 26 samples of Epimedium koreanum plants and rhizosphere soil from 6 areas in Jilin Province. We analyzed the contents of 5 components including icariin, Epimedin A, B, C and total flavonoids, and determined 12 indexes such as soil inorganic elements and pH value. The active constituents of E. koreanumin Tonghua area were higher and significantly better than other regions;the soil determinant affecting Epimedin A was available calcium;the soil determinants affecting Epimedin B, C and icariin were effective calcium and effective magnesium;the soil determinants affecting total flavonoids were organic matter, effective calcium, effective magnesium, and alkaline nitrogen. Soilfactors had an important influence on the active ingredients of E. koreanum. In the cultivation area of E. koreanum, which is at a low altitude and underthe weakly acidicsoil, the addition of calcium fertilizer and the reduction of magnesium fertilizer are beneficial to increase the content of the active ingredient of E. koreanum.
