喷施外源茉莉酸类化合物对红松防御酶及蛋白酶抑制剂的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Exogenous Jasmonates Induced Systemic Acquired Resistance on the Activities of Defense Enzyme and Protease Inhibitor in Korean Pine

摘要 冷杉梢斑螟(Dioryctria abietella)和赤松梢斑螟(D.sylvestrella)常常伴随发生,前者危害球果,后者在球果和主梢间转移危害。为了研究外源茉莉酸类化合物对红松(Pinus koraiensis)诱导防御的影响,以不同浓度茉莉酸甲酯、茉莉酮喷雾处理红松球果和主梢。采集健康、虫害和喷雾处理的红松球果、主梢和侧枝,用紫外分光光度法测定采样部位防御酶及蛋白酶抑制剂活性,以冷杉梢斑螟和赤松梢斑螟幼虫危害的球果、赤松梢斑螟幼虫取食的主梢为虫害对照。结果表明:喷施不同浓度茉莉酸类化合物使球果和主梢超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)和多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性显著升高,原位诱导与系统诱导的结果无显著差异。POD活性仅在处理后1 d高于对照。喷施茉莉酮诱导的防御酶活性更接近幼虫取食。喷施不同浓度茉莉酸类化合物使球果和主梢胰蛋白酶抑制剂活性分别在处理后的1~60 d和1~30 d显著增加。系统诱导主梢胰凝乳蛋白酶抑制剂活性显著高于原位诱导。茉莉酮诱导的2种蛋白酶抑制剂活性更接近幼虫取食。可见,茉莉酸类化合物在提高红松防御能力方面具有重要的价值。 Pinuskoraiensis(Korean pine) is often damaged by Dioryctriaabietella and D. sylvestrella. We treated the cones and main shoots of Korean pine by different concentrations of methyl jasmonate and jasmonone, and then measured the activities of defense enzyme and Protease inhibitor in cone and main shoots piched from the treaded Korean pine, in order to study the resistance degree of induced defense of Korean pine to these two pests. The activities of SOD, CAT, PPO and PAL increased significantly in cones and tips induced by different concentration exogenous jasmonates atomizing sprayed. The POD activity was higher than that of the control group only 1 day after treatment. There is no significant different between systemic or spotted exogenous jasmonates atomizing sprayed induced defense enzymes. Defense enzymes induced by exogenous jasmone treatment were more similar with larvae feeding than Methyl jasmonate. The activities of TI in cones and tips were separately significantly increased in 1-60 and 1-30 d treated by different concentration exogenous jasmonates. The activities of CI in cones and tips were separately significantly increased in 1-120 and 30-120 d, and systemic exogenous jasmonates sprayed induced CI was significantly higher than spotted sprayed. TI and CI induced by exogenous jasmone treatment were more similar with larvae feeding than Methyl jasmonate.
