摘要
胃溃疡属于消化性溃疡疾病,临床多用抗幽门螺杆菌的抗生素、抑制胃酸分泌的药物和胃黏膜保护剂进行治疗,然而易出现复发、耐药性等问题。中药多糖治疗胃溃疡效果良好,可通过调控丝裂原活化蛋白激酶、核转录因子等相关信号通路而改善胃溃疡程度,本研究通过查阅多糖类文献,总结多糖成分治疗胃溃疡的相关作用机制。
Gastric ulcer is a kind of peptic ulcer disease. Antibiotics against Helicobacter pylori, drugs to inhibit gastric acid secretion and gastric mucosal protective agents are commonly used in clinic. However, recurrence and drug resistance are prone to occur. Traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides have a good effect in the treatment of gastric ulcer, which can improve the degree of gastric ulcer by regulating the related signal pathways such as mitogen activated protein kinase and nuclear transcription factor. This study summarized the related mechanism of polysaccharides in the treatment of gastric ulcer by consulting the literature of polysaccharides.
