摘要
非编码RNA(noncoding RNA,ncRNA)占据真核生物转录组的绝大部分,在各种生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用。随着高通量测序技术的发展,人们利用RNA信息学技术解析到越来越多的非编码RNA的信息,并逐渐揭示其功能和作用机制。该文主要介绍非编码RNA及其靶标鉴定、RNA功能网络、RNA与蛋白质互作、RNA修饰及RNA二级结构的信息解析技术。
Non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)occupy most of the eukaryotic transcriptome,and play an important role in physiological and pathological processes.With the development of high-throughput sequencing technology,people have developed various bioinformatic tools and databases to analyze nc RNAs,and gradually revealed their regulatory functions and mechanisms.This review mainly introduces how to identify nc RNAs and their biological targets,regulatory networks of RNAs,interactions between RNAs and proteins,RNA modification as well as RNA secondary structures.
