摘要
目前随着人们生活水平的不断改善,肥胖及其相关疾病的发生率越来越高。虽然体育锻炼能够增加一定的能量消耗,但并不足以引起负能量平衡和体重下降。棕色和米色脂肪细胞的激活可使耗能增加、体重减轻以及胰岛素敏感性增加。因此,越来越多的研究进一步聚焦这两种产热脂肪组织增加能量消耗的分子机制,希望找到治疗肥胖及其相关疾病的靶点。现系统综述两种产热脂肪组织的分类、发育谱系、产热特性和产热机制的异同点并提出现阶段存在的不足以及发展方向,以期为肥胖及相关疾病的治疗提供新思路。
At present,with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the incidence of obesity and related diseases is getting higher and higher.Although physical exercise can increase energy consumption to some extent,it is not enough to cause negative energy balance and weight loss.Activation of brown and beige adipocytes can lead to increased energy consumption,weight loss and increased insulin sensitivity.Therefore,more and more studies have focused on the molecular mechanism of these two thermogenic adipose tissues to increase energy consumption,so as to find targets for the treatment of obesity and related diseases.This paper systematically reviews the similarities and differences of the classification,developmental pedigree,thermogenic characteristics and thermogenic mechanism of the two kinds of thermogenic adipose tissue,and puts forward the shortcomings and development direction at the present stage,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of obesity and related diseases.
