区块链技术在银行不良资产存证取证中的应用

Application of Blockchain Technology in Evidence Storage and Evidence Collection of Bank’s Non-Performing Assets

针对信贷不良资产清收中信息存储、获取存在的问题,该文以区块链技术为基础,构建出银行不良资产体系架构,并对策略层进行全面分析与研究,首先提出一种以公有链与私有链相结合,以侧链为辅助的存证方法,然后提出使用智能合约或区块编码规则的取证方法,最后实验表明从存证、取证两个方面提供对策和应用策略,对不良资产的评估准确率提高了50%以上,存证、取证过程中产生的成本降低了70%以上。

In view of the difficulties of information storage and acquisition in the clearing and collection of credit non-performing assets,this paper constructs the system architecture of bank non-performing assets based on blockchain technology,and makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the strategy layer.Firstly,this paper proposes a method of evidence storage,which combines public chain with private chain,and takes side chain as auxiliary.Then,it proposes a method of evidence collection using smart contract or block coding rules.Finally,the experiment emerges that the correctness of evaluation is improved to more than 50%,and the cost of operation is reduced to more than 70%by providing countermeasures and application strategies from two fields of evidence storage and evidence collection.
