摘要
随着全球能源与环境污染问题的日益严峻,以发电成本为目标函数的传统经济调度,已难以满足国家"节能减排"的宏观战略要求,同时兼顾环保性和经济性的新型环境经济调度,逐渐成为电力行业的研究热点。将用能权引入电力系统经济调度模型,求解机组组合,研究对于不同类型电厂煤价对发电成本的影响及用能权价格对用能权费用的影响。算例仿真表明,将用能权引入经济调度能降低煤耗量,减少发电成本,减少对环境的污染,提高系统的经济性和环保性。
As the global energy and environment problem is becoming more and more serious,a single power generation cost for a single goal of traditional economic load dispatch|has not meet the requirements of national"energy conservation and emissions reduction"macro strategy.Considering the economic benefits of environment and economy simultaneously,environmental economic dispatch has come to widespread attention.Right of using energy is introduced into the economic dispatch model to solve the unit combination situation.Depending on the type of power plant,the influence of coal price to system power generation cost and the price of right of using energy to cost of right of using energy are researched.The calculation example simulation shows that the introduction of right of using energy into economic dispatch can reduce coal consumption,reduce power generation costs,reduce environmental pollution,and improve the economy and environmental protection of the system.
