摘要 超大城市综合体项目建筑功能复杂、占地面积及火灾荷载大,线路敷设距离长。发生火灾后,火灾蔓延速度快,人员疏散逃生难,灭火救援难度大,极易造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。结合超大城市综合体火灾自动报警系统现状,从市场主流品牌火灾自动报警设备产品性能参数进行分析,根据GB 50166-2019火灾自动报警系统施工及验收标准[1]第4.2.3条的规定,提出"控制时序"这个新的术语及"控制时序"解决方案,供消防专家、同行借鉴及讨论。 The mega complex project normally comes with multiply programs. The occupy area is large, the fire load is high, and the cable running distance is quite long. When there is a fire, the fire will spread quickly and it is difficult for people to escape and extinguish the fire, which is very easy to lead to heavy casualties and property losses. Combined with the current situation of fire automatic alarm system in complex project, with analysis on parameter and performance of some main brands of fire automatic alarm devices in the market, and according to the provisions of section 4.2.3 of code GB 50166-2019 the construction and acceptance standard of fire automatic alarm system[1], we invent a new term called "control time sequence" and provide a proposal called "control time sequence", as reference to firefighting experts and peers and for the discussion.
