摘要
为贵州金花茶茶花与春梢芽叶的代用茶产品加工技术研究提供参考依据,采用分光光度计法、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法等方法测定贵州金花茶茶花和春梢一芽三叶传统蒸青样中的常规生化指标。结果表明,与已报道的金花茶组植物相比,贵州金花茶茶花和春梢芽叶中具有高茶多酚、高钙和高锌特点;贵州金花茶茶花中硒含量为54μg/100g,具有打造富硒金花茶的潜质;贵州金花茶茶花和春梢芽叶中的总黄酮含量较高,黄酮甙元主要为山奈酚和槲皮素;贵州金花茶茶花和春梢芽叶中常规氨基酸组分较少(茶花中2种、芽叶中8种),主要包含精氨酸、酪氨酸、甘氨酸和蛋氨酸4种。
In order to provide a reference for the research on the processing technology of substitute tea products made from flowers and spring shoots of Camellia guizhouensis,the conventional biochemical indexes in flowers and steamed green tea with one bud and three leaves of Camellia guizhouensis were determined by spectrophotometer,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results showed that compared with the reported plants of Camellia chrysantha group,flowers and spring shoots of Camellia guizhouensis have the characteristics of high tea polyphenols,high calcium and high zinc.The selenium content in Camellia guizhouensis flowers is 54μg·100g-1,which has the potential to make selenium-rich tea.The content of total flavonoids in Camellia guizhouensis flowers and spring shoots was higher,and the main flavonoid aglycones were kaempferol and quercetin.The conventional amino acid components in flowers and spring shoots are less(2 species in flowers and 8 species in leaves),which mainly include arginine,tyrosine,glycine and methionine.Camellia guizhouensis have high medicinal value.
