摘要
心脑血管疾病是心脏血管和脑血管疾病的统称,通常是指由于高脂血症、血液黏稠、动脉粥样硬化、高血压等所导致的心脏、大脑及全身组织发生的缺血性或出血性疾病。Adropin蛋白是近年来发现的一种由能量稳态相关基因(energy homeostasis-related gene,ENHO)编码的分泌蛋白,具有保护内皮、参与调节能量稳态和胰岛素反应等作用。越来越多的证据表明,Adropin是一种潜在的心脑血管功能调节剂,在心脑血管疾病的发病和发展过程中发挥着保护作用。本文总结了Adropin在多种心脑血管疾病中发挥的作用及其机制,希望为心脑血管疾病的诊断和治疗提供新的思路。
Cardio-cerebrovascular disease is a general term for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and usually refers to ischemia or hemorrhage in the heart,brain and systemic tissues caused by hyperlipidemia,blood viscosity,atherosclerosis,hypertension and so on.Adropin protein is a secreted protein encoded by the energy homeostasis-related gene(ENHO)discovered in recent years.It can protect endothelium and participate in the regulation of energy homeostasis and insulin response.More and more evidences indicate that Adropin is a potential regulator of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular functions and plays a protective role in the pathogenesis and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.This review summarizes the role and mechanism of Adropin in the pathogenesis of various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,hoping to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
