摘要
铁死亡是一种新型细胞死亡方式。铁死亡主要是由于机体内的铁超载,导致循环中游离铁的含量过高;过多的游离铁沉积于机体组织器官细胞内,通过生成羟基自由基加速细胞膜脂质过氧化、促进细胞线粒体破坏等方式对机体组织器官造成损伤,从而引起一系列躯体疾病。研究表明,铁死亡参与了心血管疾病的发生发展过程,如冠心病、心肌梗死缺血再灌注损伤以及心力衰竭等。本文阐述了铁死亡概念、生化特征、调控机制,以及铁死亡对心血管疾病发病过程的影响,旨在介绍铁死亡这一新形式的细胞死亡方式,并为心血管疾病的诊断治疗提供新的思路。
Ferroptosis is a new type of cell death,the mechanism of which is mainly due to the overloading of iron in the body,resulting in the excess of free iron in the circulation;excessive free iron is deposited in tissues,organs and cells of the body,which causes damage to tissues and organs of the body by generating hydroxyl radicals,accelerating lipid peroxidation of cell membranes and promoting the destruction of mitochondria,thus causing a series of body diseases.Studies have shown that the ferroptosis is involved in the generation and development of cardiovascular diseases,such as coronary heart disease,myocardial infarction,ischemia reperfusion injury and heart failure.This review expounds the concept,biochemical characteristics,regulation mechanism and the influence of ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases,aiming to introduce ferroptosis,a new form of cell death,and provide new ideas for diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
