国家物流枢纽的多维发展识别及类型划分研究——以陆上边境口岸型国家物流枢纽为例

Research on multi-dimensional development identification and type division of national logistics hub——Taking the national logistics hub of land border port as an example

国际物流网络的发展以国家物流枢纽为中心,国家物流枢纽多维发展的识别精准度对国家枢纽规划建设有重大意义。以16个陆上边境口岸型国家物流枢纽为研究对象,建立多维发展评价指标体系,采用多维发展度量与单维度识方法分别进行对比分析,基于多维度识别结果采用聚类分析进行类型划分。结果表明:国家物流枢纽承载城市经济发展水平和交通基础设施水平两个维度是国家物流枢纽发展最关键的因素;国家物流枢纽被划分为发展优势型、发展一般型、发展弱势型3种类型;克孜勒苏(吐尔尕特)在多维发展指数得分最低,其次是日喀则(吉隆)和黑河,其他物流枢纽处于MDI得分的中值区。

The development of the international logistics network is centered on the national logistics hub.The identification accuracy of the multi-dimensional development of the national logistics hub is of great significance to the planning and construction of the national logistics hub.In this paper,16 national logistics hubs of land border ports are taken as the research object,a multi-dimensional development evaluation index system is established,and the multi-dimensional development measurement and single-dimensional identification method are used for comparative analysis respectively.Based on the multi-dimensional identification results,the type is divided by cluster analysis.The results show that:the national logistics hub bearing the level of urban economic development and the level of transportation infrastructure two dimensions are the most critical factors for the development of the national logistics hub;The national logistics hub is divided into three types:development advantage type,development general type and development disadvantage type.Kizilsu(Turgart)scored the lowest on the multi-dimensional development index,followed by Shigatse(Jilong)and Heihe,with other logistics hubs in the median MDI area.
