乌江重庆武隆段入河排污口监测治理研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对长江流域乌江重庆武隆段89个入河排污口实地调查,其中满足采样条件的入河排污口有45个,分析结果显示超标的入河排污口有9个,溯源发现该河段入河排污口主要污染源来自生活污水,其中城镇污水管网出现老化渗漏,收集不完全,武隆属于喀斯特地貌,山区较多,农村污染源分布涣散,畜禽养殖规模剧增,污水处理设施简陋,雨污混流问题较为突出。本研究结合长江流域入河排污口管理机制和本区域入河排污口污染现状,为控制污染源和入河排污口的整治提出建议。 Based on the field investigation of 89 outlets in Wulong section of Wujiang River in Chongqing,the results show that there are 45 outlets meeting the sampling conditions.The results of sampling analysis show that 9 outlets exceed the standard.It was found that the main pollution source of the outlets is domestic sewage.Among them,the Urban sewage pipe network is aging and leeking,and the collection is incomplete.Wulong belongs to karst geomorphology,with many mountainous areas,the distribution of Rural pollution sources is scattered.The scale of livestock and poultry breeding has increased dramatically,while that of wastewater treatment facilities are simple and crude,and the problem of rain and sewage mixed flow is more prominent.The paper analyzes and studies the supervision and management mechanism of the sewage outlets in the Yangtze River Basin and the regions present situation,puts forward sugestions for controlling pollution sources and the outlets treatment.
