摘要
以大果榉半木质化的枝条为材料,采用正交试验设计,研究了基质种类、植物生长调节剂浓度和处理时间对插穗生根的影响,同时测定了插穗的可溶性糖和淀粉的含量变化。结果表明,珍珠岩和泥炭体积比为2∶1的扦插基质、ABT浓度为400 mg·kg^(-1),以及插穗蘸根时间为9 s的组合是最佳处理组合,该处理插穗的生根率可达51.11%,根系效果指数为0.66;基质类型是影响大果榉嫩枝扦插生根的主要因子,生长调节剂浓度是影响扦插生根的第2因子;扦插生根过程中,可溶性糖和淀粉含量体现出先下降后上升的变化趋势,植物生长调节剂ABT处理加速了插穗内部营养物质含量的变化,缩短了生根周期。
Taking the semi-lignified branches of Zelkova sinica as the cutting materials,the effects of cutting media,concentration and treatment time of plant growth regulators on rooting were studied by orthogonal experiment design.Meanwhile,changes in soluble sugar and starch content of the cuttings were also measured.The results showed that the optimal treatment combination was to use perlite and peat with a proportion of 2∶1 as the rooting medium,and to soaking the cuttings in ABT(400 mg·kg^(-1))for 9 s,from which the average rooting rate and effective index could reach 51.11%and 0.66,respectively.In general,medium type was the main factor affecting the rootage of cuttings,and concentration of plant growth regulators was the second factor.In the rooting process,the content of soluble sugar and starch in softwood cuttings decreased first and then increased.ABT treatment could accelerate the changes in nutrient content for the cuttings and shorten the rooting cycle.
