羟基磷灰石骨组织工程材料研究进展

摘要 近年来,骨组织工程的迅速发展为骨缺损修复提供了新的策略和思路。羟基磷灰石具有良好的韧性、生物活性、生物相容性、骨诱导性及骨传导性,对人体硬组织表现出很强的亲和力,与异体骨移植和人工合成替代物相比,其与人体硬组织的化学结合使其在临床中具有更大的应用和优势,是理想的骨组织工程支架材料,在生物医疗领域有着广泛的应用。本文简述了羟基磷灰石的结构与性能,介绍了纳米羟基磷灰石骨组织工程材料研究进展。 In recent years,the rapid development of bone tissue engineering provides new strategies and ideas for the repair of bone defects.Hydroxyapatite has good toughness,bioactivity,biocompatibility,bone induction and bone conductivity,and shows a strong affinity for human hard tissue.Compared with allogeneic bone transplantation and synthetic substitute,the chemical combination of hydroxyapatite with human hard tissue makes it have greater clinical application and advantages.It is an ideal scaffold material for bone tissue engineering and has a wide range of applications in the field of biomedicine.This paper briefly describes the structure and properties of hydroxyapatite and introduces the research progress of nano-hydroxyapatite bone tissue engineering materials.
