摘要 某酰氯扩建项目酰氯装置,装置内管廊设置蒸汽总管,蒸汽管线上存在多个分支管线,为有蒸汽需求的设备及公用工程软管站提供蒸汽,管线进行了管道应力计算,设置U型管线进行应力补偿,在管道最低点设置疏水分支管线,进行蒸汽疏水排放。管线安装试压后,试车过程中通入蒸汽,管道发生了严重水锤现象,末端水锤发生处将附近支架振断。通过分析管道出现水锤原因,对管线进行改造。在发生水锤位置末端增加管道支线,增加疏水阀组,消除了因管道用户高于管道,局部凝结水聚集引起的管道水锤现象,消除安全隐患。 In the acyl chloride plant of an acyl chloride expansion project,the main steam pipe is set in the inner pipe gallery of the plant.There are several branch pipelines on the steam pipeline to provide steam for equipment and utility hose stations with steam demand.The pipeline stress is calculated,U-shaped pipeline is set for stress compensation,and the drainage branch pipeline is set at the lowest point of the pipeline for steam drainage.After the installation and pressure test of the pipeline,steam was introduced during the test run,resulting in serious water hammer of the pipeline,and the support at the end of the pipeline was broken.By analyzing the causes of water hammer in the pipeline,the pipeline is reformed.It is proposed to add branch pipeline and drain valve group at the position where water hammer occurs,so as to eliminate the phenomenon of water hammer in pipeline caused by local condensate accumulation and eliminate potential safety hazard.
