摘要
质谱成像作为一种可以实现分子原位检测的新型分子影像技术,具有高通量、高灵敏度、高专属性、操作简单等特点,可直观反映化合物在组织分布的差异性。质谱成像已逐渐发展成为药物研究、病理诊断、医学检验、环境保护等领域不可或缺的工具。此文着重论述激光解吸离子化质谱成像(LDI-MSI)在药物发现和疾病研究中的应用。
Mass spectrometry imaging as a novel molecular imaging technique for analysis and detection of situ tissue.Meanwhile,mass spectrometry imaging has the characteristics of high throughput,high sensitivity,high specificity and simple operation,which can directly reflect the differences in the distribution of compounds in tissues.Mass spectrometry has been an indispensable tool in drug research,pathology diagnosis,medical testing,environmental protection and other fields.This paper discussed mainly the application of laser desorption and ionization mass spectrometry imaging(LDI-MSI)in drug discovery and disease research.
