钻井液用高效润滑剂RYJ的研发及应用 被引量:3

摘要 研究出一种以改性植物油为原料的钻井液用高效润滑剂RYJ,通过对该润滑剂进行性能研究表明,该润滑剂加量为0.5%时其润滑性超过90%;和现场的几种润滑剂对比,RYJ润滑性最好;样品的抗温能力达220℃,还具有良好的抗盐能力;对钻井液流变性、滤失量都无明显影响,与不同钻井液体系的配伍性能良好。 The highly effective lubricant(RYJ)was developed by using modified vegetable oil as raw material.The performance of the lubricant showed that the lubrication was over 90%when the added amount of the lubricant was 0.5%.Compared with several lubricants used in field,RYJ has the best lubricity.The temperature resistance is 220℃,and it also has good salt resistance.It has no obvious influence on the fluid loss or rheological property of drilling fluid.It has good compatibility with different drilling fluid system.
