摘要
在SD公司的工艺技术下,EOEG装置的环氧乙烷(EO)和乙二醇(MEG)产量呈现此消彼长的情况,受MEG价格持续走低的影响,生产装置被迫一再压低MEG产量,转而生产具有高附加值的EO产品。MEG低负荷生产,将给各系统带来诸如温度不稳、塔压波动、设备调节失控等一系列棘手问题。本文针对性地提出降低乙二醇反应器(R-520)进料泵(P-510)回流量、将MEG产品部分回炼等方法,成功将环氧乙烷产量提高至28.5 t/h,MEG产量降低至6 t/h,为相同工艺下的EOEG装置维持MEG超低负荷生产提供了参考依据。
Under SD's technology,the production of ethylene oxide(EO)and ethylene glycol(MEG)in EOEG unit shows a trend:As one falls,another rises.Due to the continuous decline of MEG price,the production unit is forced to repeatedly reduce the MEG production and switch to EO products with high added value.The low load production of MEG will bring a series of thorny problems to each system,such as temperature instability,tower pressure fluctuation,equipment regulation out of control and so on.In this paper,methods such as reducing the return flow rate of ethylene glycol reactor(R-520)feed pump(P-510)and partial remixing of MEG products were put forward,which successfully increased the EO yield to 28.5 t/h and reduced the MEG yield to 6 t/h,providing a reference for maintaining the ultra-low load production of MEG in EOEG unit under the same process.
