摘要
压焊钢格板的生产效率高且坚固耐用,在海洋钢结构项目中得到广泛应用。压焊钢格板的生产工艺流程主要分为,基本材料加工、原板加工、成品件精加工、热浸锌等。近年来海洋钢结构组块设计趋于紧凑,导致异形格栅件比例增大,这就增加了成品件精加工阶段的加工难度和人力投入。为提高格栅成品件的整体工效,对于形状不规则的钢格板可以使用数控火焰切割机进行下料,而对于形状较为规则的钢格板可以采用手工切割进行下料。
Steel grating with pressure welding has been widely adopted in offshore steel structure projects due to its high production efficiency and durability.The production process of the steel grating with pressure welding can be mainly broken down into following four steps,basic material processing,original plate of steel grating processing,finished product processing,hot-dip zinc processing and so on.Recently,the design of Marine steel structure module tends to be much more compact,which leads to the increase of the proportion of irregular gratings,and the processing difficulty and manpower input in the finished product processing will rise to a large extent.In order to improve the overall producing efficiency,Numerical Controlled Flame Cutting Machine is suggested to be adopted for the cutting of irregular gratings,while manual cutting to be used for regular ones.
