摘要
HSE“三同时”制度目的是在项目建设期实现企业本质安全、消除环保隐患、控制职业病危害因素、降低消防风险的目标。笔者结合自身HSE工作经验总结了石油化工建设项目全过程HSE“三同时”管理实践与经验,以期为相关工作提供有力的参考与支持。
The purpose of HSE"Three Simultaneity"system is to realize the goal of enterprise intrinsic safety,eliminate potential environmental protection hazards,control occupational hazards and reduce fire risk during the project construction period.Combined with the author's own HSE work experience,the author summarizes the practice and experience of HSE"three Simultaneities"management in the whole process of construction projects in petrochemical construction project,in order to provide strong reference and support for relevant work.
