POX装置原料结构调整的影响研究及解决方案

摘要 POX装置原料由煤改为煤和高硫石油焦掺混进料后,原料中硫含量升高导致气化单元产生合成气中硫化氢含量提高,通过对整个POX装置各单元进行分析,耐硫变换单元和酸性气脱除单元影响较大。本文提出了针对这两个单元的设备改造方案和设备布置方案,以方案最优、成本最小的方式实现POX装置的改造,为石油焦的处置提供合理用途,解决了某炼厂石油焦产能过剩的问题,带来较大的经济价值。 After the raw material of POX unit is changed from coal to coal and high sulfur petroleum coke,the increase of sulfur content in feedstock leads to the increase of hydrogen sulfide content in syngas produced by gasification unit.Through the analysis of each unit of the whole POX unit,the sulfur resistant shift unit and acid gas removal unit have a greater impact.This paper puts forward the equipment transformation scheme and equipment layout scheme for these two units,realizes the transformation of POX device in the way of optimal scheme and minimum cost,provides reasonable use for the disposal of petroleum coke,solves the problem of overcapacity of petroleum coke in a refinery,and brings greater economic value.
