路面坑槽冷补沥青材料的应用研究

Study on Application of Cold-patching Asphalt Material for Pavement Pit

通过调整基质沥青、隔离剂以及添加剂的组成比例,得到适用于低温施工条件的冷补液,并完成混合料的级配设计。考察了冷补沥青混合料的粘附性、粘聚性以及水稳定性等指标,结果表明,自制冷补沥青混合料路用性能完全满足施工规范要求。

By adjusting the proportion of base asphalt,isolation agent and additive,the cold fluid suitable for low temperature construction conditions is obtained,and the gradation design of the mixture is completed.The adhesion,cohesion and water stability of the cold patch asphalt mixture were investigated.The results show that the road performance of the self-cooled patch asphalt mixture fully meets the requirements of the construction specification.
