摘要
以活性炭为载体,采用浸渍法制备了氧化铁负载活性炭催化剂,并对活性炭及氧化铁负载活性炭进行催化脱NO的研究。考察了不同温度、空速对催化剂催化分解NO的影响,并考察尾气中CO的浓度。负载氧化铁之后,活性炭脱硝效果有所提升,300℃时NO脱除率可以达到86%。并且当空速降低一倍时,NO脱除率提高到96%,处理效果有显著提升。
Activated carbon and its supported iron oxide catalysts by impregnation were studied for the catalytic decomposition of NO.Different temperature and space velocity on the decomposition of NO were investigated,and the concentration of CO in the exhaust gas was investigated.The effect of decomposition was improved after loading iron oxide.NO removal rate can reach 86%at 300℃.When the space velocity is reduced by twice,the NO removal rate can be increased to 96%and the treatment is significantly improved.
