摘要
某型号飞机起落架收放电动机构需要承受大轴向力及负载转矩,对此,设计了集成式起落架收放电动机构。介绍了集成式起落架收放电动机构的原理和结构,并对电机和减速机构的参数进行了计算。通过有限元分析,确认集成式起落架收放电动机构的强度满足使用要求。
The integrated landing-gear electric mechanism for a certain type of aircraft needs to bear large axial force and load torque.For this,an integrated landing-gear electric mechanism was designed.The principle and structure of the integrated landing-gear electric mechanism were introduced,and the parameters of the motor and the speed reducing mechanism were calculated.Through finite element analysis,it is confirmed that the strength of the integrated landing-gear electric mechanism meets the operating requirements.
