摘要
针对市场需求量较大的圆管、方管等管材的冲孔需求,开发了专用管材冲孔机。在开发中,设计了冲孔模具,适用于圆孔、方孔和异形孔,加工精度可达0.05 mm。与此同时,基于嵌入式微处理器,设计了等孔距、不等孔距、循环孔距等多种公式化程序算法,通过程序控制管材移位和冲孔动作,实现自动送料、精准冲孔。
In response to the demand for punching pipe such as round pipe and square pipe,which is in large demand in the market,a special pipe punching machine had been developed.During the development,a punching die was designed,which is suitable for round hole,square hole and special-shaped hole,and the machining accuracy can reach 0.05 mm.At the same time,based on the embedded microprocessor,a variety of programmed algorithms in formulation such as equal hole spacing,unequal hole spacing,and cyclic hole spacing were designed,and the pipe displacement and punching actions were controlled by the program to realize automatic feeding and precise punching.
