摘要
应用Solid Works三维建模软件、ABAQUS有限元分析软件、Fe-safe疲劳分析软件进行联合仿真,对18CrNiMo7-6低碳合金钢试样进行疲劳寿命分析,研究应力集中对18CrNiMo7-6低碳合金钢疲劳寿命的影响。在分析中,应用ABAQUS软件对18CrNiMo7-6低碳合金钢试样进行了静强度分析,得到18CrNiMo7-6低碳合金钢试样的应力云图。再通过Fe-safe软件读取静强度分析结果,结合载荷谱信息对18CrNiMo7-6低碳合金钢试样进行疲劳寿命计算,从而得到18CrNiMo7-6低碳合金钢试样的寿命云图。分析结果表明,应力集中对18CrNiMo7-6低碳合金钢疲劳寿命有较大影响,应力集中现象最显著的18CrNiMo7-6低碳合金钢试样疲劳寿命最短,最容易发生疲劳破坏。
SolidWorks 3 D modeling software,ABAQUS finite element analysis software,and Fe-safe fatigue analysis software were used for joint simulation to conduct fatigue life analysis of the 18 CrNiMo7-6 low carbon alloy steel sample,and investigate the impact of stress concentration on the fatigue life of 18 CrNiMo7-6 low carbon alloy steel.In the analysis,ABAQUS software was used to analyze the static strength of the18 CrNiMo7-6 low carbon alloy steel sample and obtain the stress cloud map of the 18 CrNiMo7-6 low carbon alloy steel sample.Then by reading the static strength analysis results through Fe-safe software,and calculating the fatigue life of the 18 CrNiMo7-6 low carbon alloy steel sample in combination with the load spectrum information,the life cloud map of the 18 CrNiMo7-6 low carbon alloy steel sample was obtained.The analysis results show that the stress concentration has a greater impact on the fatigue life of 18 CrNiMo7-6 low carbon alloy steel.The 18 CrNiMo7-6 low carbon alloy steel sample with the most significant stress concentration has the shortest fatigue life and fatigue failure is most likely to occur.
