摘要
针对目前旋转机械设备故障较多、诊断维护困难、可靠性低等问题,提出了一种基于故障模式影响与危害度分析(FMECA)和故障树分析(FTA)的旋转机械设备故障诊断方法。这一方法利用故障模式影响与危害度分析对旋转机械设备进行分析,并对每个故障模式进行风险等级评价,找出薄弱环节,并通过故障树分析制订预防性维修决策。以转子系统为例,介绍了基于故障模式影响与危害度分析和故障树分析的旋转机械设备故障诊断方法的应用。应用这一方法,可以辅助技术人员规范分析过程,减小分析工作量。
Aiming at the current problems of rotating machinery equipment such as frequent failures,difficult diagnosis and maintenance,and low reliability,a fault diagnosis method for rotating machinery equipment based on FMECA and FTA was proposed.This method uses FMECA to analyze rotating machinery and equipment,evaluates the risk level of each failure mode,finds weak links,and makes preventive maintenance decisions through FTA.Taking the rotor system as an example,the application of the fault diagnosis method for rotating machinery equipment based on FMECA and FTA was introduced.Applying this method can assist technical support staff to standardize the analysis process and reduce the analysis workload.
