广西高校体育硕士专业课程设置现状及对策研究

Study on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Curriculum Setting for Physical Education Masters in Colleges and Universities in Guangxi

本文选取了广西师范大学和广西大学体育硕士专业的课程为研究对象,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法进行资料的收集并对课程的模块分布、学时安排及与就业相关课程进行统计分析,通过实地考察对广西师范大学和广西大学的课程进行收集并了解学生实际上课情况以发现课程设置中存在的问题及解决对策。研究发现,在关于广西高校体育硕士专业培养的过程中课程设置是影响学生与社会更好接轨的一个重要因素,其中重视基础理论,轻视技能培养、专业核心课程设置学时比重小,公共学位课程设置学时比重大、课程设置就业指向性不强是其存在的主要问题。针对问题提出以下三点解决对策来为体育硕士专业培养更专业的技术型人才,分别是减少基础理论课学时,增设专业技能课程;增加专业核心课程的学时比重,调整专业选修课;明确就业方向,提升运用能力。

This paper selects the master courses for physical education in Guangxi Normal University and Guangxi University as the research object.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,it collects the data,and makes a statistical analysis on the module distribution,class hour arrangement and employment related courses of the courses.Through on-the-spot investigation,this paper collects the courses of the two universities and understands the actual situation of students in class,so as to find out the problems existing in the curriculum and the solutions.It is found that in the process of cultivating master of physical education major,curriculum is an important factor that affects students’better integration with society.The main problems include:pay attention to basic theory,despise skill training,small proportion of professional core curriculum hours,large proportion of public degree curriculum hours,and weak employment orientation.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following three countermeasures to cultivate more professional technical talents:reducing the class hours of basic theory courses,adding professional skills courses;increasing the proportion of class hours of professional core courses;adjusting professional elective courses;as well as clarifying the direction of employment,improving the ability to use.
