乡村振兴战略下洞庭湖地区民俗体育特色小镇的建设研究

Study on the Construction of Small Towns with Folk Sports Characteristics in Dongting Lake Area under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

通过文献资料法和比较分析法,对洞庭湖区特色民俗体育特色小镇进行了阐述和分析。在乡村振兴战略的发展过程中,我们对存在的问题和现状以及全景调查,并且发现了一些问题,提出了一些建议:一是做好顶层设计,完善产业-环境-文化-设施-体制五大发展子系统。二是优化空间布局,协调特色城镇体系建设。三是加强政策保障,提供资金和人才支持。四是加强市场运营,创新融资渠道。五是借助技术手段,强化推广力量。同时,乡村振兴战略所提出来的新内容、新要求为持续有力推进特色小镇建设给予了新方向、新依据,让民俗体育特色小镇的建设的步子迈得更稳,底气鼓得更足。

Through the literature method and comparative analysis method,the characteristic folk sports characteristics of the Dongting Lake area are elaborated and analyzed.In the development process of rural revitalization,this paper investigates the existing problems and current situation,finds some problems and puts forward some suggestions:First,do a good job in top-level design,and improve the five major development subsystems of industry-environment-culture-facilities-system.Second,optimize the spatial layout and coordinate the construction of the characteristic urban system.Third,strengthen policy support,provide funding and talent support.Fourth,strengthen market operations and innovative financing channels.Fifth,strengthen the promotion force by means of technical means.At the same time,the new content and new requirements put forward by the rural revitalization strategy have given new directions and new foundations for the continuous and vigorous promotion of the construction of characteristic towns,making the construction of folklore sports towns more stable and more emboldened.
