我国高校新入职体育教师职业发展对策研究

摘要 本研究采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、体验法等研究方法,对我国高校新入职体育教师的发展进行研究,初步构建新入职体育教师在学习、生活、工作全面发展的理论体系,促进新入职体育教师职业发展的提高。本文主要结论有:学校和相关教育管理部门做好新入职培训规划,学校构建导师指引模式,教师树立终身学习理念,增强心理品质,增强职业认同,制定职业发展目标,客观认识自我。 By using the methods of literature review,logical analysis and experience,this paper studies the development of new P.E.teachers in colleges and universities in China,and preliminarily constructs a theoretical system for the comprehensive development of new P.E.teachers in their study,life and work,so as to promote their professional development.The main conclusions are:school and relevant education management departments do a good job in the new induction training plan;school constructs the tutor guidance mode;teachers establish the concept of lifelong learning,enhance psychological quality,enhance professional identity,formulate career development goals,and built objective self-cognition.
