足球情景训练主题及训练设计的研究——以东师女足为例

Research on the Theme and Design of Situational Football Training——Take Women’s Football Team of Northeast Normal University as An Example

足球运动是世界上影响最大、参与人数最多的体育运动项目,被誉为"世界第一运动"。足球情景训练作为足球训练的一种重要手段而被广泛运用。情景训练是指选取比赛中出现的一个片段或者场景模拟相似的情景进行练习,主要针对比赛中出现的与本次训练主题相关的问题进行重点练习。所有情景训练都是围绕着情景训练的主题进行展开,根据主题所要求达到的目的进行反复的训练。本文运用了文献资料法、录像观察法、比较分析法,以东北师范大学女足为研究对象,观察东北师范大学女足2017—2018年的大学生锦标赛及女子乙级联赛的录像,联合平时的情景训练,对情景训练主题选取进行研究。

Football is the most influential sport in the world and has the largest number of participants.It is known as"the world’s No.1 sport".Football situational training is widely used as an important means of football training.It refers to selecting a segment that appears in a game or a scene that simulates a similar scene to practice,and focusing on problems related to the training theme that appear in the game.All situational training is carried out around its theme,and repeated training is carried out according to the purpose required by the theme.This article uses the literature data method,video observation method,and comparative analysis method,taking the women’s football of Northeast Normal University as the research object,observing the video of the college football championship of the Northeast Normal University women’s football in 2017-2018 and the Women’s Minor League.Combined with the usual situational training,it also studies the topic selection of situational training.
