Study on the Value and Development Path of Cultural Tourism Promotion under NCP Epidemic

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法分析了疫情对我国文体旅游的影响,探讨了后疫情时代振兴文体旅游的价值,认为振兴文体旅游是恢复我国经济的重要举措,是稳定就业、保持社会稳定、提振民众信心的重要抓手,是满足人们日益增长的外出旅游内在需求的必然要求,并提出了疫情下振兴我国文体旅游的发展策略:充分发挥我国的制度优势进行政策顶层设计、地方政府制定切合本地的文体旅游复苏计划,尝试改革现有的休假制度、文体旅游企业要提质升级,丰富特色文化旅游产品、拓宽宣传渠道和创新营销等。

This paper analyzes the impact of NCP epidemic on China’s cultural and sports tourism using literature data and logical analysis,and discusses the value of revitalizing cultural and sports tourism in the post-epidemic era. This paper holds that the revitalization of cultural and sports tourism is an important measure to restore China’s economy,an important starting point to stabilize employment,maintain social stability and boost people’s confidence,and an inevitable requirement to meet people’s growing internal demand for outbound tourism. It also puts forward the development strategy of revitalizing China’s cultural and sports tourism under the epidemic situation: giving full play to China’s institutional advantages to carry out top-level policy design and local governance;the government should formulate a local recovery plan for cultural and sports tourism and try to reform the existing vacation system;cultural and sports tourism enterprises should improve the quality and upgrade,enrich characteristic cultural tourism products,broaden publicity channels and innovate marketing.
