重庆市青少年体育后备人才培养现状与发展困境调查分析——基于教练员、运动员视角

Investigation and Analysis on the Cultivation Status and Development Dilemma of Youth Sports Reserved Talents in Chongqing——From the Perspective of Coaches and Athletes

研究采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,从教练员、运动员方向去对重庆市青少年体育后备人才培养现状进行调查分析,进而找到当前重庆市青少年体育后备人才存在的发展困境。研究结果表明:1当前重庆市青少年体育后备人才培养教练员队伍科研水平和整体素质偏低,致使其教学观念陈旧,缺乏教学创新。2重庆市青少年运动员理论学习的自主意识不强,不利于竞技水平的提高以及运动生涯发展。3重庆市对青少年体育后备人才培养经费投入不足,体校经费来源单一,训练得不到应有的保障。

This article uses literature,questionnaire surveys,mathematical statistics and other methods to investigate and analyze the current situation of youth sports reserved talent training in Chongqing from the direction of coaches and athletes,and then finds the current development difficulties of youth sports reserved talents in Chongqing.The results show that:1 The current level of scientific research and overall quality of the youth sports reserved talent training coach team in Chongqing is low,which makes their teaching concepts obsolete and lacks teaching innovation.2 Chongqing youth athletes’lack of self-consciousness in theoretical learning is not conducive to the improvement of athletics level and the development of sports career.3 Chongqing City has insufficient investment in the training of youth sports reserved talents.The funding sources for sports schools are single,and training is not guaranteed.
